I'd like to request samples, how much would it cost?
We offer free samples for the development of your pilot parts. The only cost will be shipping, which is the customer's responsibility. -
Do you have minimum order?
We do not have minimum order quantities for products from our collections. Minimum quantities are only required for developed or customized products, and discontinued products. Minimum order quantities can be consulted with our sales team and are subject to change without notice. -
How does shipping work?
Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. The INCOTERM will be chosen during the negotiation between the customer and FB do Brasil.

How do I get discounts?
Volume discounts may be available. Please consult our sales representative. -
Will there be any additional costs to my order?
Most countries charge additional import taxes, duties, and fees. These are not included in the shipping costs and are payable by the customer. We recommend that you check the regulations, customs fees, and taxes applicable in your country before placing an order. -
How does the issue of product defects work?
Once the products have been applied and used, given the different destinations and processes that our items are subjected to, we cannot guarantee their behavior or color fastness. To avoid problems, we suggest that you test the product beforehand. -
How do returns work?
Returns must be pre-approved by the company. Returns of goods that have been altered or modified in any way will not be accepted.
